iDays is OGC’s flagship event, attracting top-tier technical experts, influential policymakers, and key stakeholders who converge to drive the future of geospatial innovation and corresponding digital transformation. Executed for the fourth time, OGC iDays will bring the global geoinformation community to Frankfurt, Germany, from December 9 to 12, 2025, under the leading theme “Standardization for a Successful Digital Transformation.”
OGC iDays is a two-part conference. On the first day, OGC will host a unique forum that brings together CEOs, CTOs, and CDOs from various industries alongside leading government experts and representatives from the research community. This network meeting, peppered with keynote speeches from great speakers outside the geospatial community, accelerates digital transformation and provides an opportunity to discuss challenges in a trusting environment.
Days two and three will be more like a conference, with a focus on discussion. Together, we will explore what standardization will look like in the future, how secure and efficient data exchange will be ensured and implemented, and what requirements will arise for different sectors of the economy and for companies of different sizes.
